Inspection Visit of JCA
JCA (Japan Cannabinoid Association) is an organization under Japan’s Ministry of Health. Their main responsibility is to control and direct the manufacture and importation of CBD according to Japan’s laws. These laws state that the imported CBD must only be extracted from the main stalk or seeds, and the THC levels must be 0. Moreover, the factory manufacturing CBD must follow all standards and regulations set by the Ministry of Health in Japan, and validated by JCA.
- On March 22, 2022, Siam Agri-Bio Co., Ltd welcomed JCA to inspect the manufacturing factory by VDO conference to perform the factory pre-audit.
On April 25th, 2022, JCA visited Kasetsart University Chalermphrakiet Sakon Nakhon Province Campus to inspect the materials Siam Agri-Bio Co., Ltd. used to manufacture CBD. The purpose of this visit is to verify that it is in accordance with the JCA standards.
- On April 26th, 2022, JCA (Japan Cannabinoid Association) visited Siam Agri-Bio Co., Ltd. In person to see the CBD extraction process within the factory. The purpose of this visit is to verify that it is in accordance with Japan’s Ministry of Health’s standards.
